Ying Zhou is an Assistant Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University School of Law, joining the faculty in Fall 2023. Her research focuses on business law, data privacy, technology law, international/transnational law, and comparative legal systems, with specialization in U.S. and Chinese law. She examines issues in international corporate regulation, particularly U.S. corporate enforcement frameworks.
- Education: J.S.D. and LL.M. from Cornell Law School; LL.B. from Shandong University.
- Postdoctoral Experience: Post-Doctoral Global Fellow at NYU School of Law (2021–2022), researching international business regulation and anti-corruption law.
Her scholarly work appears in journals like the University of New Hampshire Law Review and Richmond Journal of Law & Technology, as well as peer-reviewed Chinese legal publications. She is licensed to practice law in both New York and China.
Teaching includes courses on Contracts, Corporations, International Corporate Enforcement, and Anti-Corruption Compliance. Office hours are Wednesdays and Fridays 10:30–11:45 a.m., or by appointment.
