Dr. Ying Sheng is an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing, specializing in cardio-oncology and symptom science. She holds a PhD from the University of Michigan and completed postdoctoral training at Indiana University. Her research focuses on symptom management in oncology patients, particularly palpitations and arrhythmias in breast cancer survivors, using biobehavioral approaches and novel ECG monitoring techniques. She is also investigating menopausal symptom mechanisms and health disparities in women's cardiovascular health.
