Dr. Yeonka Kim is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, part of Lucas College and Graduate School of Business at San José State University. With prior roles at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (promoted to Associate Professor in 2022) and San Francisco State University, she brings extensive academic experience to her current position. Her research explores how diverse individuals thrive in organizational settings and how HR practices can foster inclusive, emotionally healthy workplaces.
