Yeling Tan is Professor of Public Policy at Oxford University's Blavatnik School of Government and a non-resident senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics. She previously served as an assistant professor of political science at the University of Oregon (2018-2023) and holds a PhD in Public Policy from Harvard University (2017).
