Yazan Al Maaiteh

Yazan Al Maaiteh is a Lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), affiliated with the Centre for Access to Justice and Inclusion (CAJI) within the Faculty of Business and Law. He holds a PhD from De Montfort University and teaches modules such as Commercial Contracts, Transnational Commercial Law, and International Commercial Arbitration.

Publications: A forthcoming article in the Journal of International Arbitration addresses non-signatory third parties in Jordanian arbitration agreements.

Teaching & Supervision: Leads modules on commercial contracts, transnational law, and comparative company law. Supervises LLM research projects.

Affiliations: Member of the Jordanian Bar Association and the Centre for Access to Justice and Inclusion.
