Professor Yashwant Ramma is the Head of the School of Science & Mathematics at the Mauritius Institute of Education, where he leads research on physics education, teacher content knowledge, and technology integration in pedagogy. He holds a PhD in Physics (1993) and M.A in Education (2001) from the University of Brighton, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Studies (2007).
