Yasemin P. Kahya is a Full-Time Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Boğaziçi University. She has held roles such as Department Chair (2012–2021), Deputy Dean (2003–2006), and has served on various administrative and scientific committees including TÜBİTAK and IEEE-EMBS. Her research focuses on electronic design, lung acoustics, and biomedical signal processing, with contributions to respiratory sound analysis and smart stethoscopes.
