Yaron Amouyal

Dr. Yaron Amouyal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. His research focuses on thermoelectric materials design through microstructure and composition manipulation using experimental and computational approaches. He specializes in optimizing the energy conversion efficiency (ZT) of PbTe- and AgSbTe₂-based compounds by introducing second-phase precipitates and lattice defects.
