Yaprak TANRIVERDİ is a Lecturer (Doctor) at Adiyaman University's Technical Sciences Vocational School, Department of Handicrafts. She holds a PhD from Middle East Technical University and a Master's from Bilkent University in Interior Architecture and Environmental Design. Her academic roles include Ceramic Department Lecturer and Doctoral Lecturer since 2016. Professional experience includes interior architecture design for a 5-star hotel and research scholarships at Bilkent University.
Her research focuses on mosaics, cultural interactions in art, and archaeological applications. Key areas include Roman dwellings' social identity connections, Zeugma mosaics analysis, and glass/ceramic techniques influenced by Anatolian and German cultures. She has authored/co-authored four books including On Ceramic and Glass Approaches (2024) and contributed to international symposiums like the Near Eastern Landscape Archaeology Symposium.
Her publications address both historical analysis (e.g., Commagene civilization architecture) and modern applications like sustainable mosaic production from marble waste. Professional memberships include the Chamber of Interior Architects.
