معرفی
Dr. Yanqiu (Autumn) Wu is a Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence at Macquarie University's School of Computing, affiliated with the Data Horizons Research Centre and Frontier AI Research Centre. She holds a PhD from New York University (2022) and a B.S. with Honors from New York University Shanghai (2017). Prior to her current role, she was a CERC Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CSIRO's data61. Her research focuses on Quantum Machine Learning, Markov Decision Processes, off-policy and off-line Deep Reinforcement Learning, and adversarial machine learning.
Education:
- PhD in Computer Science, New York University (2017–2022)
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors), New York University Shanghai (2013–2017)
Her research interests emphasize advancing machine learning techniques, particularly in quantum computing and reinforcement learning applications. Notable contributions include work on adversarial robustness in quantum ML and spatio-temporal optimization for ride-hailing systems. Her publications appear in top-tier venues like ICML, NeurIPS, and IMC.
She actively reviews for major conferences such as ICML, ICLR, NeurIPS, and IJCAI, and served on the program committee for SecTL 2023. Supervision opportunities are available for PhD/MRes students eligible for scholarships, with a focus on AI and quantum ML.
