Yannick Champion

Prof. Yannick Champion is a CNRS Research Director at the SIMaP Laboratory (Science and Engineering of Materials and Processes) under Grenoble INP and the University of Grenoble Alpes (UGA). His research focuses on the mechanical behavior of ultrafine-grained metals and metallic glasses, particularly the micromechanisms of deformation and shear band dynamics.
