Yannacopoulos Athanasios

Athanasios Yannacopoulos is a Professor in the Department of Statistics at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). His research focuses on Stochastic Analysis, Stochastic Differential Equations, and Mathematical Modelling with applications in Insurance, Finance, and Modern Technologies. He holds a Ptychion in Physics from the University of Athens (1989) and a PhD in Statistical Properties of Dynamical Systems from the University of Warwick (1993).

He is a member of the American Mathematical Society and London Mathematical Society, and serves as a referee for international journals and conferences.
