Dr. Yancheng Qiu is a Lecturer in Finance at the University of Sydney Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (2023) and prior degrees from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Renmin University of China. His research focuses on credit risk, international finance, and corporate bond markets, with notable work on geopolitical risk, monetary policy spillovers, and quantitative easing impacts during crises. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds additional certifications (CIPM, FRM, CAIA).
