Yanan Fan

Dr. Yanan Fan is a Senior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO's Data61 and an Adjunct Professor of Statistics at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). His research focuses on Bayesian models, computational methods for real-world problems, and interdisciplinary applications in fields like medical imaging, cosmology, and climate science. He holds a PhD in Statistics from the University of Bristol and has over 20 years of academic experience at UNSW's School of Mathematics and Statistics.
