Yanan Du

Dr. Yanan Du is a UKRI Guarantee Postdoctoral Fellow in Wireless Communications at the University of Sheffield's School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Her research focuses on intelligent reflecting surfaces (IRS), secure communication systems, and integrated sensing-communication-computation frameworks for 5G/6G networks. She explores applications in vehicular networks, IoT, and cyber-physical systems (CPS).

Dr. Du's work emphasizes IRS backscatter communication, multi-user systems, and combating security threats such as false data injection and denial-of-service attacks.
