Yael Diamant is a Full Professor of Financial Networks and European Property Law at Tilburg Law School, affiliated with the Private Business and Labour Law department. She holds dual roles as Senior Legal Counsel at De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. and Lecturer at Stichting Grotius Academie. Her research bridges property law with financial regulatory frameworks, focusing on digital currencies, client fund safeguarding, and financial network governance. She contributes to editorial boards of Wolters Kluwer and SDU publications.
Key research themes include cryptocurrency regulation, the digital euro, and legal aspects of financial collateral.
