YAVUZ TANSOY YILDIRIM

YAVUZ TANSOY YILDIRIM is an Associate Professor at the Department of Organizational Behavior within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University. He has served as the Head of the Department and held roles in quality coordination and administrative duties. His academic career spans over two decades, starting as a Lecturer at Balikesir University in 2005, progressing to Assistant Professor (2011), and transitioning to Doctor Lecturer and Associate Professor at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University since 2015.

His research focuses on organizational behavior, entrepreneurship, employee satisfaction, and leadership. He has authored/co-authored numerous books and publications, including works on 'Employee and Customer Satisfaction in Call Center Management' and 'Woman Entrepreneurship Ecosystem'. His recent articles address digital transformation, AI's impact on organizations, and sustainability in business practices.

Yıldırım has advised over 15 master’s and doctoral students, contributing to topics like organizational change, innovation management, and corporate reputation. He has participated in projects funded by regional development agencies and holds awards such as the Best Paper Award in Social Sciences/Business Administration from Manisa Celal Bayar University. His teaching spans courses on organizational behavior, management, entrepreneurship, and international business.

He serves on editorial boards and has reviewed for journals like the International Journal of Research in Commerce & Management. His administrative roles include Department Head, Deputy Head, and membership in quality boards. Current research interests include digitalization’s role in organizational culture and the future of work in AI-driven environments.
