Xun Huan

Xun Huan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He holds a PhD in Computational Science and Engineering from MIT (2015), an SM in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT (2010), and a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Science (Aerospace) from the University of Toronto (2008). His research focuses on uncertainty quantification, data-driven modeling, numerical optimization, Bayesian analysis, and machine learning applications across engineering systems.
