Dr. Xuelian Cheng is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Data Science & AI, Monash Suzhou Research Institute, and a Research Fellow at Monash University Australia. She holds a PhD from Monash University under the supervision of Professors Zongyuan Ge, Mehrtash Harandi, and Tom Drummond. Her research focuses on medical imaging, 3D reconstruction, and interdisciplinary applications of AI in robotic surgery and AR/VR technologies. She has contributed to projects with industry partners like Tencent, IIAI, and Airdoc, resulting in publications at top venues such as MICCAI, CVPR, and Nature.
