Xue Zhao

Xue Zhao is a Visiting Scholar at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), affiliated with the Linhardt Research Labs and the Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies (CBIS). Their research focuses on disaccharide analysis of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) in CHO cells and the characterization of collagen and peptides derived from fish skin, contributing to advancements in food science and biotechnology.
