Xu Mingtao is an Associate Professor at the Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy within Tsinghua University's School of Economics and Management. With academic appointments since 2024 and prior experience at Louisiana State University (2020-2021) and Purdue University (2016-2019), his research bridges strategic management, technological innovation, and entrepreneurship.
