Xiuling Sun

Xiuling Sun is an Associate Professor at the Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, School of Civil Engineering, Shandong University. Her research focuses on water resource utilization, management, and environmental protection, with specific interests in water allocation, flood prevention, drought relief, and water pricing.
