Dr. Xinyi Mao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at the University of Central Florida's College of Community Innovation and Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her research focuses on school leadership, educational equity, and quantitative research design, with emphasis on policy impacts on marginalized student populations in China and the U.S.
