Xinxin Yu

Xinxin Yu is an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) at Tampere University's Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, leading the Machine Dynamics Group and managing the Full-scale Wheel-rail Lab. Her expertise spans multibody dynamics, friction estimation, and vehicle dynamics integration with AI/computer vision. She holds a PhD from LUT University (2021) and has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Seville (Spain) and Delft University of Technology (Netherlands).
