Xinming Huang is a Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where he has been since 2006. He holds a PhD from Virginia Tech (2001) and has held visiting roles at Brown University (2021-2022) and MIT (2024-2025). His research focuses on AI, digital health, autonomous vehicles, and wireless communications, with an emphasis on embedded computing solutions for engineering challenges.
