Xin Huang is a Researcher at the Australian Centre for Water and Environmental Biotechnology, affiliated with the University of Queensland. His project focuses on understanding ventilation-based drying for sewer corrosion control, spanning from October 2021 to December 2025.
His research is supported by the Australian Research Council (ARC) through the project "Reducing sewer corrosion through model-supported ventilation control" (2021–2024). He works under the advisory team of Prof Zhiguo Yuan, Dr Jiuling Li, and Dr Zhetai Hu.
Xin’s work intersects Environmental Engineering, Water Infrastructure, and Sustainable Urban Water Management, addressing critical challenges in sewer systems and corrosion mitigation.
