Xiaoxian Yang

Dr. Xiaoxian Yang is an Adjunct Research Fellow in the School of Engineering, Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Western Australia (UWA). He holds a doctorate in Energy and Engineering from Tsinghua University (2016) and conducted postdoctoral research at Ruhr University Bochum (Germany) and UWA's Fluid Science and Resources group. His research focuses on fluid thermodynamics, gas adsorption, and material science, particularly in high-precision measurements of density, thermal conductivity, and viscosity. He specializes in supercritical fluids, porous/nonporous media, and adsorption-based separation using metal-organic frameworks (MOFs).
