Professor Xianmin Chang is an academic and administrator at the Royal Agricultural University (RAU), holding roles such as Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor (China Programmes) and Deputy President of the RAU-QAU Joint Institute Management Committee. He holds academic positions including Professor at Qingdao Agricultural University and Visiting Professor at Wuhan Business University. His research focuses on plant biotechnology, particularly daffodil breeding for galanthamine production, sustainable agriculture, and biocontrol agents.
