Xia Zhao

Xia Zhao is a Professor of Management and former department chair in the Management and Marketing Department at the College of Business Administration and Public Policy, California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH).

Education: She received her Ph.D. in Organizations, Strategy, and International Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Research Interests: Professor Zhao's research spans Strategy, Alliances, Corporate Governance, International Management, and Organizational Behavior. Her work has been published in top-tier journals including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, and Organization Studies. A recent paper in Multinational Business Review was honored with the Outstanding Paper award in the 2019 Emerald Literati Awards.
