Dr. Xi Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Delaware, where he has been since September 2018. Prior to this, he served as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley from 2014. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (2014) and a B.S. in Microelectronics from Tsinghua University, China (2007).
