Prof. Xavier Maldague is a Full Professor at the Department of Electrical and Computing Engineering, Laval University, Canada. He has held leadership roles, including Head of Department (2003–2008 and 2018), and chairs the Quantitative Infrared Thermography (QIRT) Council since 2004. He holds the Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Infrared Vision.
