Wouter Veldhuis is an Associate Professor and Radiologist at the University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht) in the Netherlands. He specializes in medical imaging, cancer screening, and artificial intelligence (AI) applications in radiology, with strategic focus on the Cancer and Circulatory Health programs. As the initiator of IMAGR, a vendor-neutral AI infrastructure for clinical radiology, and co-founder of the translational AI startup QuantibU, he bridges AI research with clinical practice. His work also includes the interactive radiology teaching platform doRadiology.com and the patient data portal myBody-myData.nl.
