Wonhyung Lee

Dr. Wonhyung Lee is an Associate Professor at the University at Albany's School of Social Welfare within the College of Integrated Health Sciences. Her research centers on community development, neighborhood revitalization, and asset building in disadvantaged communities, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches.

Dr. Lee investigates:

She currently co-leads an NSF-funded Smart and Connected Communities project developing technology to improve communication between service-seekers and providers.

Recent work explores business engagement in homelessness services, technology for neighborhood equity, refugee employment, and multicultural community building. Methodological approaches include machine learning, network analysis, and community-engaged research designs.
