Prof. Wolfgang Maaß is a University Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Service Sector Informatics at the University of Saarland. He also holds a co-opted professorship in Computer Science at the same institution, serves as Scientific Director at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), and is an Adjunct Professor of Biomedical Informatics at Stony Brook University, NY.
