معرفی
PD Dr. Wolfgang Häusler is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physics, University of Hamburg, affiliated with the MIN Faculty. His research focuses on theoretical condensed matter physics, particularly quantum dots, spintronics, graphene-based systems, and topological magnetic structures like skyrmions. He has extensively studied electronic correlations in confined systems, spin dynamics in quantum wires, and the interplay of magnetism with topology.
His teaching includes advanced courses on theoretical physics, quantum field theory, and specialized topics such as magnetic skyrmions and nanomagnetism. Collaborations with institutions like Kings College London and Indiana University highlight his international research engagement.
Häusler's work on spin conversion in quantum dots and skyrmion dynamics has advanced quantum computing and spintronics applications. His research on graphene waveguides and Rashba spin splitting has implications for next-generation electronic devices. Recent contributions include studies on antiferromagnetic skyrmion motion and topological charge conservation.
