Wojtek Goscinski

Wojtek Goscinski is an Adjunct Professor at Monash University's Medicine Nursing and Health Sciences Faculty. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Australian National Imaging Facility (NIF) since June 2021. His research focuses on neuroinformatics, medical imaging standards, and high-performance computing infrastructure for biomedical research.

Key projects include leadership roles in initiatives such as the Australian Characterisation Commons at Scale (ACCS), which integrates advanced research infrastructure across multiple institutions. He has contributed to developing open science frameworks like the International Neuroinformatics Coordinating Facility (INCF) and standards for biomedical imaging data formats.

His work emphasizes FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data principles, with notable contributions to NeuroInformatics and Nature Methods publications.
