Wojciech Mojski

Dr. Wojciech Mojski is an Assistant Professor with habilitacja in the Department of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin. As Vice-Dean and member of key university committees (University Election Commission 2020-2028, Senate Statute Committee), he combines academic leadership with active legal practice as a sworn legal advisor since 2009, having authored over 120 legal opinions.

• PhD in Law (UMCS, 2014) for thesis on freedom of speech
• Habilitation in Law (UMCS, 2024) with monograph on constitutional crisis theory

His research focuses on constitutional theory, electoral law, and human rights protection. Notable achievements include:

• MINIATURA grant (National Science Center, 2020) for constitutional games theory project
• 28 publications (h-index=2) covering constitutional defectiveness, global constitutionalism, and judicial independence
• International collaborations with Lviv Polytechnic (Ukraine), KU Leuven (Belgium), and COST Action CA20123 on intergovernmental coordination

He teaches constitutional law to legal apprentices and contributes to constitutional reform debates, particularly regarding electoral procedures, local governance, and economic-constitutional interactions. His work bridges theoretical analysis with practical legal implementation challenges.
