William Witheridge is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Maryland. His research focuses on macroeconomics, international finance, and monetary economics. He holds a PhD in Economics from New York University (2024) and has professional experience with the OECD Chief Economist and the Prime Minister’s Department in the Australian Government. He is a recipient of the John Monash Scholarship.
