William Regli is a Professor at the University of Maryland's Clark School of Engineering, holding appointments in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Institute for Systems Research. He also directs the Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS), overseeing over 75 researchers focused on defense and intelligence challenges.
