William Olsen

William Olsen is an Adjunct Professor in the Investigations Department at the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences, University of New Haven. He is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in forensic examinations and compliance services.

Olsen specializes in investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, and Economic Espionage Act. He holds a BA from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Accountancy from Regis University, and a Master’s in Forensic Studies from Stevenson University. His expertise is reflected in his role as Managing Director for Arnall Golden Gregory’s (AGG) Forensic Advisory Services practice.

His work focuses on corporate compliance and forensic accounting, with a particular emphasis on mitigating financial misconduct and legal risks. Olsen has authored the "Anti-Corruption Handbook" (Wiley & Sons) and previously served as the national practice leader for Anti-Corruption and Investigation Services at Grant Thornton LLP.
