Broader interests include modern European history, Jewish studies, and queer history.
Their recent publications include a 2024 article in The Journal of Holocaust Research on exploitative relationships involving young male prisoners known as Pipel. Several forthcoming articles and book chapters examine queer practices, trans femininity, and comparative sexual violence in the camps.
