William J. DeCoursey

William J. DeCoursey is an Associate Policy Scientist at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), part of the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. He has been affiliated with the IPA since 2003, advancing from Graduate Research Assistant to his current role in 2019. His work integrates policy analysis with geographic information systems (GIS) to address urban planning and public health challenges.
