William Haberkorn

William Haberkorn is a Research Data Scientist affiliated with the Aghaeepour Lab and the Department of Pediatrics. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from New York University (NYU), where his undergraduate research focused on automated biomarker extraction from scientific literature using machine learning techniques. His current research involves developing natural language processing (NLP) systems to identify phenotypes of COVID-19 complications in clinical notes.
