William Gauderman

William Gauderman is a Professor of Population and Public Health Sciences at the University of Southern California. His research focuses on two main areas: developing statistical methods for genetic-epidemiologic analysis of pedigree data and studying environmental exposures' impacts on health outcomes. He leads the biostatistics core of the NIEHS Center, providing statistical consultation for environmental health projects. Gauderman is renowned for his work with the Children’s Health Study, investigating air pollution’s effects on pediatric respiratory health, particularly lung function and asthma.
