William Dougan is the Alumni Distinguished Professor at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. His academic focus lies in economics, particularly taxation, price theory, and government regulation. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago (1981), an M.A. from the same university (1976), and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia (1971).
