William A. Johnsen is a Professor at Michigan State University's Department of English, College of Arts & Letters. He has served as former Graduate Chair and coordinator of undergraduate programs, while also directing study abroad initiatives in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
As editor of Contagion: The Journal of The Colloquium on Violence and Religion and general editor for the Studies in Violence, Mimesis, and Culture book series at MSU Press, he contributes significantly to academic discourse.
