Dr. Will Letts is an Associate Professor and current Head of School in the School of Education at Charles Sturt University. With a career spanning multiple leadership roles—including Sub-Dean Learning and Teaching, Provost of CSU Ontario, and Acting Executive Dean—he focuses on collaborative leadership and advancing educational equity. His research explores employability agendas in higher education, queer theory intersections with STEM education, and sustainable leadership practices in early childhood education.
