Wilfried Mokwa is a Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of RWTH Aachen University. He holds the Chair of Micro- and Nanosystems within the Institute of Materials in Electrical Engineering. His research focuses on microsystem technologies, nanoscale materials, and their applications in electrical engineering.
