Whitney Nicole Laster Pirtle

Dr. Whitney N. L. Pirtle is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of California, Merced, holding the MacArthur Foundation Chair in International Justice and Human Rights. Her work bridges sociology, critical race theory, and health disparities research.
