Dr. Wenjuan Zeng is a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the Essex Business School (University of Essex), specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Technology Management, and Digital Transformation. She holds a PhD from Cardiff University (2022) and a Master's degree from the University of Southampton.
